Clarity Clare is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, quality care to adults with disabilities or limitations. Their mission to serve others has led them to join forces with Stellar Blue Technologies to create a new, custom website that properly reflects their values.

Client Challenges and Goals

Prior to the development of their new custom website, the staff of Clarity Care faced many frustrations when receiving payments and creating, uploading, and managing content within their previous system. They came to Stellar Blue with a goal to increase productivity and streamline these processes. Stellar Blue’s Development team added enhanced features to the backend of their website which allowed for quicker uploading of information for the classes they provide. This helped to eliminate the manual process Clarity Care was previously using, which only permitted them to upload one class at a time.

Due to the vast amount of information Clarity Care offers its website visitors, increased usability was another major goal of this project. Previously, navigation on the website was difficult and pages were not as aesthetically pleasing or accommodating to different viewers. By adding a simple menu bar, displayed at the top of the homepage, visitors can now easily navigate to their desired locations. Their residential and homecare solutions, Heritage Court Apartments, and classes are all highlighted on the homepage.

Additionally, it is easier than ever to contact them, donate, volunteer, apply, or checkout, as these are featured at the top of the homepage too. By improving ease of access to Clarity Care’s most sought after features, Stellar Blue Technologies was able to help visitors confidently navigate to the content that matters to them on the new website.

Stellar Blue Value-Added Solutions

Stellar Blue’s Design team added bright, vibrant colors of blue, pink, orange, and green to the new Clarity Care website. These colors encourage a happy feel and when complimented by white-colored font, allow for easy readability. At the top right of the homepage, a font size option was added to better cater to all possible audiences, including those with disabilities or the visually impaired. This helps project Clarity Care’s value of serving others.

Stellar Blue’s Multimedia team worked to create a more engaging experience for site visitors by adding high-quality, professional photography and video elements. Viewers are instantly captivated by a video hero image on Clarity Care’s home page. As you scroll through the home page, photos of residents are displayed behind transparent text boxes. Testimonials from various people connected to Clarity Care and a video of how Clarity Care enables clients to feel in control of their lives are also featured. These interactive elements help to capture visitor’s attention and properly display what Clarity Care has to offer. Additionally, it encourages a personal connection by seeing real-life residents and caregivers expressing their experiences.

Additionally, Stellar Blue added a featured tab on Clarity Care’s new website that showcases their Heritage Court Apartments. An entire subsite was developed for the apartments with its own navigation and URL. You are now able to come to the page from the internet, but also are able to navigate to it via the Clarity Care website. This allows for users to access the information about the apartments in a much easier way from different avenues.
