Berkers Family Dentistry teamed up with Stellar Blue Technologies in September of 2018 to develop a stronger social presence on Facebook. Berkers Family Dentistry prides itself on providing individualized services to its clients.

Features

Berkers Family Dentistry’s monthly Marketing Retainer includes monthly Facebook posts and blog writing. This marketing retainer features a number of assets including multimedia, social media content strategy, and custom graphic design. Stellar Blue’s multimedia has worked to develop videos displaying services that Berkers Family Dentistry provides to its valued clients. Additionally, the multimedia team took updated photos of the staff and new location.

The marketing team has produced a social media content strategy that includes videos, custom graphic designs, and custom content posting. The latest video featured those new headshots the multimedia team took to display the staff for National Staff Appreciation Day. In addition to videos, the marketing team has developed custom graphic designs and content that are unique to their Facebook Page. A photo is added to each post made. Past posting for social media, the marketing team has worked to develop blogs for Berkers Family Dentistry each month and have updated various components on their website including the hero image, logos, and patient resource pages.

Goals

The main goal of this marketing retainer for Berkers Family Dentistry was to grow his follower base and engagement from posts. Through adding custom graphics and videos to Berkers Family Dentistry’s Facebook page and consistent content posting, user engagement has increased. Prior to Berkers Family Dentistry teaming up with Stellar Blue Technologies, their highest number for organic reach in 2018 was 555 people. Below, you can see the results of their Post Reach from September 2018 to the end of February 2019.

In just five to six months, their organic reach has exceeded that number several times, reaching a record high of 1,059 people organically. Additionally, their number of followers and page likes have slowly and steadily risen with a total increase of about 20% since September 2018, as pictured below. Through the use of a consistent social media strategy, Berkers Family Dentistry’s Facebook page is expected to continue a positive growth of follows, reach, and interaction.
