Order on the Court! Menominee Nation Arena Scores With New Custom Website

Stellar Blue Technologies, a Fox Valley, Wis. based digital marketing firm, launched a custom website for Menominee Nation Arena. Based out of Oshkosh, Wis., Menominee Nation Arena is a newly developed, state-of-the-art facility that will serve as a central location for Wisconsin Herd games, concerts, entertainment, and community events. The arena showcases the latest technology, club-level seating, great food selections, and more. This website is Stellar Blue’s first of many projects for the arena.

Features:
Upon entering the website, the user is greeted by an engaging image from a Wisconsin Herd event. This image instantly gives users a feeling of energy and excitement, as it captures the basketball team’s mascot and children having a great time. The top-tier navigation bar provides users with a simple way to sign up for regular email updates, contact arena representatives, and visit the venue’s social platforms. The main navigation bar houses event and ticket information; directions to the arena; food, beverage, and parking details; policies and procedures; the latest news and updates; and more. As the user scrolls through the Home page, they notice a section that highlights upcoming events accompanied by aesthetically-pleasing imagery. The “Latest News” area near the bottom of the Home page places emphasis on important blog posts. In addition, users will stay up-to-date with a social media feed that displays recent tweets and Facebook posts. The Home page concludes with a shout-out to Menominee Nation Arena partners. Users are also presented with links to easily access the Careers and Contact pages.

“The layout and design of the Menominee Nation Arena website speaks to the overall atmosphere that a patron will experience when they walk through the doors of the venue,” said Lead Creative Designer Jordan Ashwood. “We hope the team members at the arena, as well as prospective patrons find the site loaded with awesome capabilities and useful resources!”

Goals:
The custom website is built with a responsive design, supporting functional use on a variety of devices. WordPress and blog integration make it possible for Menominee Nation Arena representatives to easily update and share relevant, real-time information. The site features an event calendar with links to purchase event tickets, a social media feed, an online job application form, and Google Maps integration that provides a detailed map with driving directions.
