Strength in the Cause, Pride in the Website

Stellar Blue is proud to announce that Fox Valley Voices of Men has gone live with a brand new, custom website! Voices of Men is a local organization that takes a stand against domestic violence against women and children. Stellar Blue is a 2016 Voices of Men sponsor at their annual breakfast that brings community members and leaders together. This will be the first Stellar Blue website constructed for Voices of Men.

Features:
When users arrive on the homepage, they are presented with an interactive call-to-action, urging visitors to take the pledge against domestic violence. Just under the pledge is an interactive navigation bar with links to subsequent pages on a number of different topics from the history of the organization to contact information. As viewers scroll down the page, they will see a set of interactive photos of men with information on what people can do to change the culture and stigma of domestic violence. Moving down, viewers will find information, registration and a video for the Community Breakfast that is held by Voices of Men. At the bottom of the homepage, viewers will have the opportunity to read some of the published blogs and articles and also take a look at some of the proud sponsors of Voices of Men. The website evokes powerful emotions while providing a sense of urgency to make a change.

Goals:
The custom design website features an interactive homepage that highlights the Voices of Men current marketing campaign. This marketing campaign can be seen in the 12 informative posters that take a stance against domestic violence. The website is also with responsive design, WordPress integration and blog integration for fast and easy content updates. Finally, the interactive pledge form built into the top of the homepage keeps a tally on the total number of people who have taken the pledge to stand against domestic violence.
