Stellar Blue Technologies Launches New Website for UA Local 400

Stellar Blue Technologies, a Fox Valley, Wis. based digital marketing firm, launched a new custom website for UA Local 400, based out of Kaukauna, Wis. UA Local 400 is a local union, which provides training for its members and qualified workers to their signatory contractors, and is associated with the United Association of Plumbers & Pipefitters. This is Stellar Blue’s first project with the organization.

The UA Local 400 website is designed to provide resources for current members, as well as those interested in its various training programs and apprenticeships. The animated home page features a carousel of scrolling images with an area for members to login, and has calls-to-action which direct visitors to apprenticeship opportunities and military veteran opportunities. Below the fold of the home page, visitors will find general information about UA Local, and can fill out a contact form located at the bottom of the page.

Navigating the site is done via an easy to use navigation bar. Visitors can learn more about UA Local, read about training opportunities and certifications, find out about apprenticeship programs and more. Those that are seeking a career in the pipe trades can fill out a career opportunities contact form, and veterans can learn about UA Local’s UA Veterans in Piping Program. The contractor’s directory page has a list of all of UA Local’s contractors with links to their respective websites. Signatory contractors can also login to their account from this page. An easy to use contact form and site search feature add additional functionality. Visitors using mobile devices can also seamlessly access all of the site’s content thanks to a responsive design.
