New Website is as Easy to Use as Riding a Bike

Stellar Blue is excited to announce the recent launch of a new custom website for Edge of Park Rentals. Located in Door County, Edge of Park Rentals is a bicycle and moped rental establishment for people planning to visit and experience the beauty of Door County. This is the first project Stellar Blue has completed for Edge of Park Rentals.

Features:
Upon entering the website, visitors will notice that the homepage has interchanging main images that show off the natural wonder of Door County. Located at the top of the homepage is a small informational bar with daily business hours and a reservation button that leads to a page on rates and other necessary info on how to reserve a mode of transportation around Door County. Right below that is an interactive, drop down navigation bar with links to pages on rentals, places to explore, company mission and background and contact information. In the middle of the hero image is a link button leading users back to a page on recommended trails and activities to explore in Door County. Moving down the website, users will find three text boxes detailing mopeds, customer reviews and bicycles. When these boxes are hovered over, an interactive icon slides over the image and when clicked, brings visitors to their subsequent informational pages. At the bottom of the page is another section on recommended places to explore in Door County as well as a place to submit contact information to Edge of Park Rentals management.

“We wanted to create a website that brought some of the aesthetics a person would see when they are a customer of Edge of Park Rentals,” says Programming & Support Specialist Tim Wilson. “Creating a website for Edge of Park Rentals that was as easy to use while showing off all the wonderful traits of Door County was a big focus of Stellar Blue’s.”

Goals:
A goal of the website was to accentuate the beauty of Door County while providing the multitude of ways Edge of Park Rentals can get you on your way to Door County exploration. The custom website was constructed with a focus on calls to action and the inclusion of details on all of the trail options available through Edge of Park Rentals services. There is a WordPress integration for easy content updates which helps manage and grow the Edge of Park Rentals brand. There is also a contact form that allows users to reach out for information requests.
