Stellar Blue is proud to announce that Resource One Realty has now launched their brand new website! Resource One Realty, located in De Pere, Wis, is a realty company focused on building relationships with customers as well as being proactive in their communities. This is Stellar Blue’s first project with the company.

Features:
The website homepage welcomes visitors in with animated elements over top of large images, featuring a modern and clean design. Right from the homepage, visitors can search all of Resource One’s properties by city, street name, or the advanced search function. The multiple search options make finding exactly what the visitor needs simple and convenient. Three animated buttons also direct visitors to pages based on if they are interested in buying, selling or relocating. Scrolling down brings up featured listings that visitors can scroll through and interact with. Further down, various video testimonials from satisfied customers are available, as well as information about Resource One’s community involvement.

Goals:
With so much information, and with different needs for those looking to buy versus sell a home, the site needed to offer clear navigation to all the areas of the site. A unique vertical navigation area slides out when visitors click the menu button, which allows visitors to keep the webpage clear of clutter when they are reading various pages or home listings. Through this navigation pane, visitors can find various resources such as a mortgage calculator, local market information, realty agents, search for commercial properties, look through a preferred partner directory and more. All of this is designed to be responsive, meaning the website will adapt to any screen size. Using WordPress integration also means content updates can be performed quickly and easily.
