Applied Technologies Inc. Launches New Custom Website!

Stellar Blue is excited to announce the launch of Applied Technology’s brand new website! The Brookfield, Wis, based consulting firm, established in 1986, specializes in water/wastewater management and structural engineering. This is Stellar Blue’s first project with the company.

Features:
The first thing visitors will notice when arriving on the site is the bright and modern design, followed by animated text on the home page which directs visitors to learn more via a prominent call-to-action. The next thing visitors will notice is how scrolling down animated new elements onto the page, highlighting Applied Technology’s services, featured products, and contact information. Visitors can then click on various elements in each section to learn more. The drop down navigation bar provides access to Applied Technology’s areas of technical expertise, resources, careers, bidding info and contact page.

“Applied Technologies has such a large amount of services and previous projects, that we really wanted to create a website that could showcase them all while still being aesthetically pleasing and easy to use for the visitor,” said Programming & Support Specialist Tim Wilson.

Goal:
The ultimate goal of the site is to provide visitors all the information they need to learn about Applied Technology’s services and past projects, and to highlight the quality and expertise the company is known for. There are project profiles that include images of the project, as well as specific details for each. The site is built to be responsive to varying screen sizes so that any visitor can have a great user experience. A blog page provides additional resources for visitors, and the site utilizes WordPress, which makes updating content easy. A site search feature adds additional functionality for visitors looking for a specific piece of information. For people that want to check out Applied Technology’s social channels, social buttons are provided for LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
